Premium services are not for you students. Our platform is free to use for students who registers directly from our signup program. If you are registered by \ under any teacher, school, coaching centres etc. your services are governed by the entity you are registered with.

For using the platform, one need to register as user, which is a 3 step process.

Step 2. Verify Mobile\Email as asked, your registered mobile will get the OTP to confirm your mobile. Your registered email will receive an email as well from our side, there you need to click on the verify email link.
Step 3. Create your profile, once your email and mobile is verified you will be directed to your profile page and it is the complusory step to complete before proceeding. If you choose to skip this, you will not be able to perform any action until completed.

Platform also hosts third party exams \ events. Our in-house exams are academic \ non-academic scholarship based exams or practice tests. You can enroll to our exams if you are willing to, however exams managed by our clients are subject to their specifications, if the third party exam is not for general public, then you can enroll for that only if you are part of that entity.

There may be few possible reasons for not showing the payment status as Success

1. The payment is done offline and instrument (Cheque or Demand Draft) you issued is still not received at our end. As soon as the same is received and cleared in our bank account, it will be processed accordingly. If you feel this might delay the process, you can pay the payments online. We will return your instrument intact back to you to your mailing address.
2. The payment is done online and our Payment Gateways are not yet reverted about the transaction status. Though the process is almost real-time but may have slight delays. Once the payment gateway confirms the transaction status, if will be updated accordingly.
3. The payment is done online and status was returned as successful but we received instructions from our payment gateways to rollback the transaction, then in case the status is shown pending. In such a case the said transaction will be void and you need to make another transaction. Your earlier transaction will be refunded by payment gateways to the same mode through the payment was done.

Please check if the exam you are enrolling in is Free of Cost or not. If it is free of cost, then no payment option is available to you.

You are 100% entitled to get your refund, if you have not attempted the event. Please refer our refund policy for more details.

The payment done by you is subjected to the mode you choose to make the payment, if you have made the payment through the Credit card, the payment will be deducted immediately from your card as like any other transactions.

Yes, we will send you the notifications to your registered mobile and emails before the event occurence is planned.
If you want to unsubscribe the notifications, you need to drop us an email to [email protected], however we don't encourage you to stop the notifications, as you may miss your scheduled exams.

You will get the following notifications from our side.
1. At the event of examination, we will send you the notifications 12hrs, 6hrs, 30mins before the scheduled exam.
2. If you missed the scheduled exam, we will send you the notification and will ask you to reschedule if time permits.
3. Whenever there is a new examination added to our portal.
4. When you make the payments against any exam.
