A. Referral program is an online invitation based referral program for registered users. Registered users of 1stScholar can refer their friends and family to register with us through this program. If invited person registers on 1stScholar, the corresponding referrer would receive cash reward as the referral reward.

A. Users of 1stScholar who have completed the registration process with us are eligible to refer their friends, family, peers and coworkers under this program. The referred person (known as 'referee') need not be an existing 1stScholar user.

A. For each successful referral, the referrer will get cash reward as the referral reward. On each successful registration through this referral program, the referrer will receive ₹30 cash reward for the first 5 referrals, ₹40 cash reward for the next 15 referrals, ₹50 cash reward for the next 30 referrals, and ₹60 cash reward for next 5 such referrals. A successful referral means that the referred person has registered according to the terms of the program. The referral reward is directly credited to the users bank account or wallet. The referral reward is a direct cash credit upto first 55 referrals and is converted to reward points post the number is achieved.
If a user has referred more people and is eligible for more than ₹2,550 referral cash reward during this offer period, the cash reward would still be capped to ₹2,550 i.e. upto 55 referrals.

A. The referral program (Referral program) is a completely automated online program. Referrers can either refer their friends through the online referral form or through social channels like Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram or directly copy the link & share.

A. Once referrer submits the referral form with all the details required, automated emails will be sent to both the referrer and the referees. The referrer is sent an email thanking him for referring his friends and also contains a link to the referral dashboard (used to track the referral status of his friends).
The referees would receive an email informing them that their friend (friend's name would be mentioned) has referred them to our website. This email will contain unique referral code to use while signing up.

A. If the referees have not received the referral email, users have the option to re-send the referral email again through the referral dashboard. There is a chance that the referral mail might be present in the Spam/Junk/Promotions folders of the referee's mailbox. If the referee still has not received the referral email, kindly write to us at [email protected].

A. The referral dashboard is a page wherein the users can view the status of all their referrals. Once user logs in to the portal, under Account >> Account settings you will find the referral dashboard, he/ she will be able to view all the referrals they have made under current logged in account only.

A. There are 2 statuses in the referral dashboard:

• Not registered Yet: The referee has not applied through the referral email yet. This means that if the referees have registered directly and not through their own referral mail, the status would still be shown as 'Not Registered Yet’.
• Registered: This status is updated as soon as the referees who have been successfully registered using your referral code..

A. If the referral dashboard does not reflect the correct status of any particular referee, please write to us at [email protected] with the following details:

• Your Unique referral Code
• Your referee's name as you might know
• Your referee's Email or Mobile as you know

A. The referral reward will be directly credited to the bank account or wallet as mentioned in your profile page. This will be credited within 30 days from the end date on which the program period ends. If the referral reward has not been credited even after 30 days, please write to [email protected] mentioning your Unique referral Code

A. You can earn as much as Rs. 2,550 as cash rewards, which is limited to first 55 referrals. If you have referred more persons than the limit, you will be rewarded with the vouchers of Rs. 60 for each successful referrals.

A. There are 2 types of vouchers we issues. e-voucher and Physical vouchers.

• e-vouchers: each e-voucher will be delivered to your mail box.
• Physical vouchers: Physical vouchers will be couriered to your mailing address as soon as you earn them.
